You may return any RAM product you have purchased to us, that is not faulty, in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid including return postage). The perfect fit guarantee is for RAM MOUNT Products only and excludes all other brands.
This 'perfect fit' guarantee can be used if you find the RAM fittings you have ordered and/or received are not the right size, too large or too small, or are not correct for your application; you are covered by our Guarantee.
In order to take advantage of this, you can return your item(s) with proof of purchase, in person, to your closest Johnny Appleseed store, or you can post the item(s) to us in the same condition it was received with all original parts.
- RAM MOUNT Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- RAM Mount must be returned in original condition with all included parts
- RAM "Perfect Fit Guarantee" does not include commercial quantity orders (orders exceeding $1000)
