The PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE covers any RAM MOUNTS purchased from Johnny Appleseed™ GPS. The GUARANTEE can be claimed if you find the RAM fittings you have ordered and/or received are not the right size, too large or too small, or are not correct for your application.
Your claim:
You may return any RAM Mounts product in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was purchased from Johnny Appleseed™ GPS. You may request a refund (minus any shipping paid including return postage). If you require a replacement that will better suit your application, please re-order the item(s). In that regard you can discuss your requirements with us by email, online chat, or on the phone at 1800 477477.
To take advantage of the GUARANTEE, please return your item(s) with all included parts with proof of purchase in person to your closest Johnny Appleseed store. Or post the item(s) with all included parts with proof of purchase to us in the same condition received.

RAM MOUNTS "PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE" does not include commercial quantity orders (orders exceeding $1000).

The PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE is for RAM MOUNTS Products ONLY, and they must have been purchased from Johnny Appleseed™ GPS.
