How It Works
Step 1
Place your order online and select 'Click and Collect' as your delivery option
Step 1
Wait for your confirmation email for when your order is ready to be picked up.
Step 1
Bring the required ID (listed below) along with your Order Number to the store and collect your items.

What do I need to bring?
for Credit Card orders:
- Passport or Driver's License
- Credit Card used for the purchase
- Order Number (found in your confirmation email)
for PayPal orders:
- Passport or Driver's License
- PayPal transaction ID
- Order Number (found in your confirmation email)
Can Someone Else Pick Up The Items for Me?
No, due to security risks our current Click and Collect policy requires the cardholder to pickup the goods, and bring the credit card with them. For PayPal orders, the PayPal account name must match the ID shown to staff when picking up.
When Can I Collect My Item?
You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please wait until that notification has been received before coming into the store.
We strive to have all Click and Collect orders ready within 2 hours. Place your order before 2:30 PM to ensure same-day Click and Collect, otherwise your order will be ready the next day by 11:00 AM.
Click and Collect Limitations
Click and Collect is not available for all items. Orders over $2,000 AUD in value are not eligible for Click and Collect pickup.
